Estate Planning

Individuals and families of any type should prepare documents that provide security to both the preparers and their families and friends.  (And, contrary to popular belief, online or kit will-assembly tools are not able to respond to or incorporate changes in Ohio law.)

Probate / Estate Administration

Estate Administration is necessary when someone passes away and there are assets in that person’s estate which need to be accessed or distributed. Probate court oversees the process which starts with admitting a will to probate, or collecting the decedent’s assets for distribution.  I can help navigate this and many other steps in the process. Please call to find out more.
